Jerrie Ueberle is the founder and president of Global Interactions, Inc., a Phoenix-based non-profit corporation focused on increasing worldwide communication and understanding among U.S. professionals and their international counterparts. enterprises and international businesses. The United Nations granted Special Consultative Status to the organization in 2023. In 2009 Ms. Ueberle founded the World Academy for the Future of Women to promote and accelerate women’s leadership worldwide. The program, housed on Sias University campus, has expanded from a one-year Academy for 100 women each year, to a second year Advanced Academy and a third year Academy in Action, In addition a Men’s Academy for the Future of Women was begun to promote collaborative work that prepares men to understand and act on issues related to advancing and promoting women in society and the workplace. The Academy gained recognition from the United Nations as a charter ASPIRE member in 2013. Over the 17 years the Annual Women’s Symposium she founded, held each May, attracts international speakers and has grown to reaching 10,000 participants, including university students and their mothers. In 2015 she received the Women’s International Network Global Leadership Award and the Social Entrepreneur 2015 Award for Social Entrepreneurship and Global Community Service from the World Network of Entrepreneurs Worldwide. In 2017 she was one of 20 women named in the book 20 Women Changemakers, Taking Action Around the World, and in 2018 Firestarters, How Innovators, Instigators, and Initiators can Inspire You to Ignite Your Own Life told of her work. In 2017 she was named as a Lady Leading a Legacy. In 2019 she received the Outstanding Contributor Award from Sias University. She was invited to speak in China on Democracy, the Shared Future of Mankind. The World Academy has programs in 7 countries including China, Nepal, Bangladesh, India, Mexico, Kenya, and Uganda. Jerrie’s commitment is to women’s equality and the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. |

Salvador Rizzo Tavares is a Mexican who founded and has been leading as CEO since 1987 of the RIZZO Group, which specializes in developing technological solutions for private companies and governments. For 29 years, he was the most important wholesaler in Latin America in the sale of office equipment, with a presence in 20 countries. He was the creator of the technological model “Aula Inteligente®”, used to equip more than 120,000 classrooms in public elementary education schools in Mexico. Additionally, he collaborated with INTEL® in the development of the first student laptop, "Classmate®", which sold over 200,000 units in Latin America. Salvador joined Rotary in 1989 at the age of 27 and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Monterrey Carlos Canseco, serving as president in 2002-2003 and 2011-2012, District Governor of 4130 District in 2009-2010, and Rotary Coordinator in 2015-2018. He has led 5 global grants addressing issues related to eating disorders, and environmental matters, and providing equipment to hospitals and public schools. In his Rotary life, he has primarily focused on three aspects: connecting Rotarians across clubs, cities, and countries; actively engaging young professionals in Rotary beyond their local club through workshops and forums in several Latin American countries; and providing training to enhance understanding of Rotary. To do that, he was the founder of the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) in 11 countries, leading it for 10 years. Additionally, he served as a Training Leader at the IA in 2020 and 2021. In 2014-2015, he was a member of the World Committee for New Generations. He will serve as a Director of Rotary International and a member of the RI Board for the 2024-2026 term. Salvador and his partner, Esmeralda, are Rotary Foundation Major Donors, Benefactors, Paul Harris Fellows, and Bequest Society. In his free time, Salvador enjoys watching various sports, has played soccer and golf, and has completed several marathons. He has three children: Anna María, Salvador, and Paulina, and three grandchildren: Enrique, Regina, and Santiago.

Jim Halderman, PDG District 5450 Jim Halderman has taught court ordered, company ordered, and spousal ordered, clients for 28 years in anger and conflict management. He is certified with National Curriculum Training Institute, the leader in the field of Cognitive Behavioral Change Programs, personality profiles, NLP, and other learning tools. College brought studies in science, music, and philosophy. He has trained in prisons with Alternative to Violence Programs teaching anger management and life skills. Along with Anger Management he has trained extensively in public speaking and communication skills in many venues. Attending classes at a local University in neuroscience he has added a deeper understanding of the brain to all teachings. His background includes many successful years in the retail industry, along with an avocation in music and theatre. Jim has been a Rotarian since 1991 and serves as the Ombudsman for District 5450. Zones 26/27 list him in their ExpertHub for conflict resolution. He was one of 27 in the US and Canada to be trained in the new peace endeavor of Rotary International and the Institute for Economics and Peace. He trained for PETS and at Zone for eight years. A recipient of Rotary International’s Service Above Self Award in 2020 his passion is to work with Rotarian’s effort to bring peace to all. Jim, and his wife Peggy, also a Rotarian, are Major Donors and members of the Bequest Society. |

Mário César Martins de Camargo was president of Gráfica Bandeirantes and has been a consultant to the print industry in Brazil. He has also served as president and chair of several printing and graphics trade associations, including the Brazilian Association of Graphic Technology and ABIGRAF, the Brazilian Printing Industry Association. He has served on the board of Casa da Esperança (House of Hope), a hospital sponsored by his Rotary club that serves 150,000 children with disabilities every year. De Camargo studied in the U.S. and Germany and holds degrees from EAESP-Fundação Getulio Vargas in business administration and Faculdade de Direito de São Bernardo do Campo in law. He was a Youth Exchange participant to Minnesota, USA, in 1974-75, which inspired a lifelong commitment to the program. A Rotarian since 1980, de Camargo served as his club’s Youth Exchange Officer in 1981, at age 24. He has served Rotary as director, trustee, RI learning facilitator, committee member and chair, and task force member. De Camargo and his wife, Denise, are Major Donors and Benefactors of The Rotary Foundation. |
